Public portal and QR code

Each organization has a unique public portal where volunteers book without creating an account. The link appears under Settings → Public portal and in the Portal QR menu item.

Copy the link and share it via WhatsApp, email, social media, or your church bulletin. The URL is short and stable — it does not change when you edit the organization name.

Portal QR (menu): generates a QR code for your link. On every plan you can print a ready-made entrance poster or download a high-resolution PNG.

Upload your logo in Settings so it appears on the portal and on the poster. A bilingual waiver is included by default; customize it if needed. Volunteers must accept it when booking.

The portal is bilingual (Spanish / English). Volunteers switch language at the top right; the choice is remembered for their visit. Your admin panel stays in the language you set on your account.

On the portal volunteers see active days on the calendar, pick a time slot, enter name, phone, and optional email, accept the waiver, and may authorize WhatsApp or SMS shift reminders (consent is saved; automatic delivery depends on your organization’s settings). After booking they can use “Check my booking” with the same phone or email.

Lite plan: one day per signup. Pro: volunteers can select multiple days in one visit when the schedule allows.

If a day does not appear: confirm it is active in Schedule, the date is today or in the future, capacity remains, and Lite’s 90-day horizon is not exceeded. See also “Volunteers and capacity”.

Volunteers with event questions should use the contact email or phone you set in Settings — not platform support.
