Lite limits & trial end

New accounts start with 30 days of Pro free (no card). During the trial you have all Pro features: coordinators, export, multi-day, tasks, 2 locations, no 90-day schedule cap, etc.

If you do not activate payment before the trial ends, the organization returns to Lite automatically. Existing bookings, locations, schedule, and volunteers are kept—data is not deleted.

Lite includes: 1 active location, unlimited volunteers, bilingual public portal, future schedule up to 90 days, one organization admin, discreet ads on portal and dashboard.

Lite does not include: coordinators, CSV/QR export, multi-day bookings, day tasks and board, bulk schedule activation, a second included location, or billable extra sites.

When downgrading to Lite: coordinators lose Pro-only access; if you had more than one active location, deactivate extras until only one remains. The public portal will not show days more than 90 days out.

To keep Pro: go to Settings → Plan and billing → Activate Pro with Stripe (monthly or yearly). Manage card and cancellation via “Manage subscription in Stripe”.

Extra Pro locations: $12/mo each beyond the 2 included. Adjust them in Settings when you have an active subscription.

Active volunteers: the dashboard shows how many distinct people booked in the last 12 months (a stat). Lite has no volunteer cap; the main limit is one location.
