Schedule & locations

Each day has a date, location, capacity, and open/close times.

Optional titles (e.g. “Donation day”) appear on the public calendar.

Pro includes bulk activation for multiple days at once (Operations → Schedule → Bulk activation).

Deactivating a day stops new bookings but keeps existing ones.

With Grant Compliance enabled, you can set a default grant program when creating or editing a day. That program is pre-selected when approving bookings for that day under Operations → Bookings. It is optional—you can change it at approval time.
