Volunteer portal

Volunteers pick a day and time, accept the waiver, and enter name and phone. Email is optional (recommended for email reminders).

They may opt in to SMS reminders and optionally authorize future WhatsApp when available.

Lite allows one day per signup; Pro allows multiple days.

After booking they can use “Check my booking” for schedule and assigned task. They can search with the same phone—or with email if they entered one when booking.

If they did not add email when booking, they can add it later in “Check my booking” after searching by phone; it applies to upcoming shifts.

Event questions should go to the organization contact shown on the portal.
